It appears to me logicaly that if I accept the preaching that mainstraim vaishnavas are teaching I would natually come to this conclusion... If one notes that even after Jesus left the planet many sincere disciples who took shelter of him sincerely, only on the basis of faith in his promise to liberated anyone who surrendered to him, manifested the symptoms even in this life of transcending the modes of nature. They became fearless, perfomred miracles, loved God, etc. Note I said sincere. Many vaishnava and Jesus disciples who are attracted to liberated personalites still want money, wealth, honor, followers and use their bodily connection and the reputation of the bonafide acarya to obtain such temporary trinkets.
Before Srila Prabhupada departed the planet he also left a ritvik instruction that he wanted to continue to take disciples. This has been swept under the carpet. Many of his senior disciples who became Spiritual Master or even acarya say it can't work, cant be done, never been done, not valid in his departure. Logically they do stand to benefit by cutting others faith in this this order by themselves getting the followers, worship, honor titles. Am I off base for suggesting that there might be some impure motive behind backing this line or are all these personalities really pure hearted and have Srila Prabhupada's best interest at heart? After many years of following, -You must have a living Guru phyilosopy-, I now don't accept such nonsense because I know that Srila Prabhupada is as good as Jesus and he honors his signed decrees whether he is manifest or manifested in this world. He has the power to guide from within just like Jesus said he would work in the lives of his disciples. What have you realized out there in internet land?
