Well i have heard a few things it helps some time try and see if this can be of any help to u.
Firstly try and understand that the biggest binding force in this material existence is the attraction for opposite sex, if u can overcome that then u are qualified to make disciples all over the world. Now its not so easy everyone knows that that is one of the main reasons why Srila Prabhupada reminded us in all most all of his lectures, but at the same time we need to fight our mind to overcome that temptation. I have similar problem as u have not able to control lust, so i am not a qualified person to guide u thou but i am only repeating what i have heard from the right sources and in this way i will remind myself also to act similarly.
Secondly how do we control then, in a circus u might have seen a tiger how r they trained? these tigers are kept hungry and when they have very little strength the ring master or the trainer then gives him some meat piece for acting in a particular way if they are healthy and fed fully its not possible to train them they will attack, similar are our senses if u keep feeding them as per their desires they will become more and more nostalgic. So u have to keep them hungry of sense gratification and slowly but surely they can be tamed. Its not going to happen overnight, its no magic. Will require lot of determination and courage to do it. Pray sincerely Krsna will surely help.
Thirdly since u have committed once with the woman also u have sincerely accepted your fault, that is enough to burn the sins away but also be determined not to commit again the same mistake. So pray to the lord to provide u with determination and strength to follow the path shown by Srila Prabhuada and go back home. Also remember life is no toss please don’t ever do that ask someone what to do take guidance what to do in such situations. I will also pray to KRSNA to protect u.
